• Manage efficiently the project with respect to financial and contractual obligations
• Support effective project commencement and progress with respect to project objectives
• Assure full participation from all partners in the activities within the project
• Monitor with success the project, evaluate its progress and take corrective action whenever needed
• Assure the delivery of project deliverables on time
